Pipework
Trusted Pipework Solutions.
We offer a wide range of pipework services to meet every type of need.
This service offers steel, stainless-steel, ABS and PVC pipework from bending to welding and any size to any length and application.
All specifications will be discussed and drawings will be made to gather all the correct information to produce a quality product.
The service is very bespoke so we ask for as much information as possible and to take our own measurements if needed, all this is to make sure we give you the best service and complete the job on time with no problems.
If you require any information or questions please get in touch.
The different processes used
Each pipework process depends on the material of the pipe and what its operational medium is to guarantee the correct safety factor and maximise its working lifespan.
01
Welding
Welded pipework is cost-effective and stronger than other methods such as press-fit or mechanical connections, and can withstand higher pressure. This makes welded pipework ideal for high pressure applications like steam or high pressure gas.
02
Bending
Bending pipework is used to allow for smoother fluid flow within the piping system, minimising pressure changes and potential turbulence by creating a more gradual change in direction compared to sharp elbows, ultimately leading to better system efficiency and reduced risk of leaks or damage from pressure fluctuations.
03
Cementing
Cemented pipework is used to provide a strong, durable, and leak-proof joint, making it ideal for applications where a secure connection is critical, especially when dealing with water, sewage, or other fluids under pressure. It is a cost-effective and reliable method for joining plastic pipe.
04
Threading
Threaded pipework is used as it offers a simple, versatile, and cost-effective way to connect pipes together without requiring specialized tools or welding, making it ideal for a wide range of applications where easy installation, disassembly for maintenance, and flexibility in connecting different pipe sizes are crucial.
Steel pipework is strong, durable, and versatile. It can withstand high pressures, making it ideal for industrial setting and infastructure projects. Steel pipes can be coated to resist corrosion, ensuring their solidity and reliability over time.
Stainless-steel pipework is used due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and durability, making it ideal for carrying liquids and gases in harsh enviroments where rust and degradation could be a major concern, especially in applications requiring cleanliness like food processing, pharmaceutical industries, and chemical processing plants.
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic pipework is strong, durable, and resistant to chemicals and corrosion. ABS performs well in both high and low tempratures, so they wont crack or warp in extreme conditions making it resistant to impacts. It is also more cost-effective than other material alternatives such as steel.
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipework is extremely durable, corrosion resistant, and low maintenance so it doesnt require regular inspection or protective coatings. PVC pipework has great insulating properties while being fire-resistant, cost-effective, and eco-efficient.

"I'm very happy indeed with what you have done for me. You took great care in getting everything correct (I appreciate the difficulty in trying to work off pics and 3rd party measurements!). The cost was fair and delivery time excellent.
I will recommend your services to anyone that might benefit and hope that your business continues to thrive because very few (if any) other businesses are in the same ball park in terms of service and attention to detail."
